There is a false news on the web: Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee drew against the Shaolin Monk at Yokkao 9. This news posted by Shaolin Monk’s fans states that Thai judges declared Sudsakorn the winner but the result changed to Yi Long’s win.
A false report in it’s entirety as at the YOKKAO 9 event all the judges were chosen as Chinese to avoid any sort of complaint of favouritism like, “the judges were Thai and the result was biased”…further the unsolicited report citing this match a draw was impossible because the match was planned to carry into extra round in case of draw.
To reassure fans, Yokkao made this release on their Facebook:
To avoid any doubt to Yokkao fans:
Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee won by points (round 3) vs Yi Long at YOKKAO 9.
The fight has been judged by chinese judges under the YOKKAO banner and not sanctioned by any other organisation.
Somebody wrote that the decision has been changed into a draw, but it’s impossibile because the fight was agreed to be in K-1 rules with extra round in case of draw.
We noticed that Yi Long complained the decision but there will not be any change. Any application made by Yi Long to others organisations has no sense.
Sudsakorn won by points vs Yi Long and this will not be changed at all.
The video will be soon on Youtube so you will see what we are talking about.
